Klan Tan's Studio
Klan Tan's studio spaces range from 100 m² to 400 m², with all four floors available for shoots and image productions. The third floor is anchored by a dedicated 100 m2 photo studio built around a Japanese-style kitchen and dining room — a combination that creates something rare: a space that works equally well as a studio and a lifestyle setting, with possibilities that are hard to exhaust. Bay windows face south, delivering consistent, high-quality natural light from morning to evening. A house kit covers the essentials for a small crew, with additional equipment available at competitive rates through major rental partners.

A balcony off the photo studio is equipped with a crane — a practical and often essential solution for bringing up large props, furniture, or equipment that cannot navigate the staircase.
The floor itself converts readily into an exhibition space, with dedicated exhibition lighting already in place and no major reconfiguration required.
Two professional printers are available on demand: an Epson 12-colour A2 and a 4-colour A0 plotter, covering a wide range of print formats and needs. Conditions apply for access to both printers.
